THE PROCESS:
Sound files can be e-mailed to us directly or via WeTransfer which is a simple free service for large files. Once received we will acknowledge receipt and give an indication of when the completed transcription will be e-mailed back to you. This can be in Word, PDF or other format. If your recording is urgent please let us know at the time of forwarding the audio file to us. We have software that can convert most audible files into transcribable data, please confact us for further details.
Large files can be sent to us securely using WeTransfer or Dropbox.
For those of us who are uncomfortable with the digital age we have a simple Philips Dictaphone dictation machine with tapes that can be loaned out for the assignment.
